So how's this work? There's a "sub committee" who do all the planning and running of an event but have no voting power unlike the "real committee" who do ... what?

might I suggest providing a checklist of currently supported ideas? This way we can both see whats currently happening and being worked on and provide support when possible..
For example If you provided a list of sponsors and topics to bring up with them we could perhaps help by calling and seeing if they were open to a more detailed discussion with Shane and/or Billy.


Which reminds me, I've forwarded on Shane's details to one of my bosses who happens to specifically be the guy that does our advertising/website design work... You might be able to sweet talk him into a deal for advert design and/or printing

Hey guys,

Would love to be a part of the staff in the reboot of things... i got only 2 WLAN sessions under my belt but i loved the atmosphere it created and would love to give back even so soon
